“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,” declares the Lord, ”
out of control.
While life is uncertain, your story is not.
Come for a night of worship, biblical teaching, and meaningful conversation as we learn how God is writing something beautiful, no matter the outcome or circumstances.
We believe in the power and authority of God’s Word, and our greatest desire is to see women know God and have deep, honest conversations about faith.

We all want to feel like we have a handle on our lives—our families, our jobs, our future. But what happens when things start to feel out of our control?
We will spend an evening together exploring how our desire for control often reveals a deeper struggle to trust God. Through the story of Rebekah in Genesis 25-27 and the truth of Scripture, we’ll uncover how anxiety, striving, and pressure are not ours to carry—and how freedom is found in surrender.
Come be encouraged, challenged, and reminded that you don’t have to hold everything together. God already is.
Loving Your Neighbor Donations
In past years, we’ve highlighted nonprofit organizations and ways we can support women and families. This year, we’re supporting Northridge member Amy Brunner, a woman whose heart for loving her neighbor has impacted lives across Rochester.
Through her community group, Amy has built a relational ministry with those experiencing homelessness, offering not just practical help, but friendship, dignity, prayer, and the hope of Christ. What began as a simple step of obedience has led to real transformation.
At this year's event, we will come alongside Amy and celebrate what God is doing through her. We hope it will inspire you to consider how He might use you, right where you are.
