Grace That Forms Leaders

This week we began a new series in the book of Titus, a short but incredibly practical letter about grace—not grace as an idea or slogan, but grace as a forming power in real people, real leadership, and real church life. Paul writes to Titus, who has been sent to the island of Crete to establish godly leadership in a church that was spiritually drifting. The problem wasn't that they stopped believing the right things—it was that they stopped allowing those beliefs to shape their lives. Paul's solution wasn't more programs or activity, but grace-formed leaders and a grace-formed community. He gives us three invitations: receive grace deeply, live with integrity intentionally, and pray for and trust godly leadership.
