1. Is waiting a waste? How has this series changed your perspective?

2. How does waiting (whether small or large) produce faith in /longing for Jesus?

3. How do you see the whole storyline of the Bible looking to Jesus as the living hope (salvation of our souls)?

1. What does Peter tell them to rejoice in? What would that look like for you?

2. Read Revelation 21:1-4

1. How do these verses make you long for Jesus more?

APPLICATION - Peter wants the believers to focus on the living hope of Jesus. Make a plan for how you can do this too:

1. What distractions do you have to remove to get to know God better?

2. What is an action step you can take to replace that distraction? (Take it tonight!)
