What if They Find Out?

We often wear masks because of fear—fear of being judged, rejected, or exposed—and that fear keeps us from being truly known. This week, we talked about how that fear shows up through secret sin we hide, secret wounds we bury, and secret desires we’re afraid to admit. The invitation from Jesus is not exposure for shame, but the freedom of being fully known and fully loved.

One thing we are trying out in the discussion guide is adding fire symbol (🔥) for questions that can ratchet up the intensity of the conversation for mature believers. You can use them with anyone, but use your judgement for how beneficial these questions might be for your specific group.
