What Did I Do To Deserve This?

This week’s sermon reminded us that not all suffering is a direct result of our choices or sins. Jesus made it clear that sometimes suffering happens because we live in a broken, fallen world—not as punishment for something we’ve done. While we may not always understand the “why,” we can trust God’s presence, grieve honestly, hate sin, and cling to the hope that in Jesus suffering will not have the final word.
