Underdressed

Psalm 130 reminds us that we can call out to God from the depths because, although our sin is more serious than we often admit, God offers complete forgiveness and redemption. The gospel is not that guilty people clean themselves up and become good enough for God—it’s that Jesus takes our sin and gives us His righteousness, so our hope can move from ourselves to Him.
