Honest To God

Pain is not something we can avoid, but we can choose what we do with it. In Psalm 13, David shows us that faithful people don't ignore their pain—they bring it honestly to God, plead for His help, and ultimately choose to trust His character even before their circumstances change. Lament isn't the opposite of faith; it's often one of its deepest expressions.
