We hope you can join us for Re:Group - our Community Group Leader Kick-off on Sunday, September 7th!
This event will take place from 5:00PM-7:00PM at our Rochester Campus of Northridge Church. Dinner and Childcare will be provided.
Our theme for this Re:Group Kickoff is: Be There. We will address Group Leader Essential #4 - Provide Care.
We want to "be there" for the people in our group during the ups and downs of life, but how do we care well for one another in community? How do we walk well alongside others without burning out? How do we lead well through crisis, sin, or conflict? We will dig deeper into these questions and more in our main session and breakout sessions.
To prepare for this training, be in prayer! Ask God to begin to reveal to you where He wants to grow you in caring for those in your community.
We will also be sharing some updates about what God has been up to at Northridge and give you the inside scoop of what's next for our church.
We look forward to partnering with you this year to become more like Jesus together!
