What is Camp Better?

Camp Better is a four-day Summer camp (Monday-Thursday) held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at our Rochester Campus. It is designed for kids who have completed grades 2nd through 5th and want to grow in their walk with Jesus.

What is the purpose of Camp Better?

It's an opportunity for Northridge Kids Ministry to invest more quality time into the lives of the kids we serve while equipping them with a Biblical foundation and Christian worldview.

When and Where will Camp Better be held?

  • Rochester Campus from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, July 14th-17th, 2025

What will my kids learn at Camp Better?

Kids will learn the following:

  • Who is the God of the Bible and why did He give us the Bible?

  • What is the Bible?

  • Why is the Bible True?

  • How do I read and study the BIble?

But is it fun for kids? 

Absolutely!!! We want this summer camp to be educational AND fun for kids so there will be games, activities and snacks! Here is an example of what a typical day might look like:

  • 9:00 Camper Drop Off / Check-In 

  • Large Group 

  • Faith Building Experience

  • Small Group/Snack 

  • Games/Crafts 

  • Large Group Wrap-Up

  • 12:00 PICK UP

How do I sign up?

There are limited spots available so fill out the registration form below ASAP. Registration close July 1st or when space runs out. Camp is limited to 80 participants.

Does it cost anything?

We are asking for a $15 payment to help offset the cost of the camp t-shirts and supplies. If this is a financial burden to your family, please contact kshughart@northridgerochester.com.
