How to Subscribe

Each of our calendars is available as an iCal (.ics) link, which works with most calendar apps. Just follow the steps for your device:

    1. Copy the iCal link for the calendar you want (see links below).

    2. Go to Google Calendar on your computer.

    3. On the left, click the “+” next to “Other calendars.”

    4. Select “From URL.”

    5. Paste the iCal link and click Add calendar.

    6. The events will appear under “Other calendars.”

    (If you’re on mobile, add it in the web browser first, and it will sync automatically to your Google Calendar app.)

  • On iPhone/iPad:

    1. Copy the iCal link.

    2. Open SettingsCalendarAccountsAdd AccountOther.

    3. Tap Add Subscribed Calendar.

    4. Paste the iCal link and tap Next.

    5. Tap Save - the calendar will now appear in your Calendar app.

    On Mac (Desktop):

    1. Open the Calendar app.

    2. In the menu bar, click File → New Calendar Subscription.

    3. Paste the iCal link and click Subscribe.

    4. Adjust settings (name, color, auto-refresh) and click OK.

  • Outlook Web:

    1. Go to Outlook.com and log in.

    2. Open Calendar.

    3. Click Add calendarSubscribe from web.

    4. Paste the iCal link, give it a name, and choose a color/icon.

    5. Click Import.

    Outlook Desktop App:

    1. Go to the Home tab.

    2. Select Add Calendar → From Internet.

    3. Paste the iCal link and click OK.

    4. Confirm by clicking Yes when prompted.
