  • Student Pick Up will be from 11:00PM-1:00AM at Clubhouse Fun Center Henrietta (70 Jay Scutti Blvd, Rochester, NY 14623).

COMe & See

“The woman left her water jar beside the well and ran back to the village, telling everyone, “Come and see a man who told me everything I ever did! Could he possibly be the Messiah?”

Grab your flannels, put on your boots, and get ready for NYM’s big fall event: Hootenanny! This year’s festival will focus on a woman’s life-changing encounter with Jesus, and we will consider her offer to “Come and See” Jesus ourselves.

It will be an unforgettable time together!

6:00 PM | Student Drop-Off at Northridge Webster Campus

6:00-8:00 PM | Fall Festival

Hootenanny will include all the staples of a classic fall festival. There will be tons of delicious fall snacks, firepits for roasting s'mores, and iconic autumn traditions like pumpkin painting, apple bobbing, and more. Last, but certainly not least, no hootenanny would be complete without some toe-tappin, hoot-n-hollerin, good-ole-fashioned line dancing!

8:00-9:00 PM | Worship and Gospel Session

9:00-9:30 PM | Dinner & Discussion

9:30-10:00 PM | Transport to Clubhouse Fun Center

10:00 PM-1:00AM | Clubhouse Fun Center

11:00 PM-1:00 AM | Student Pickup at Clubhouse Fun Center

Ending at the CLUBHOUSE

To finish out the evening, we will head to Clubhouse Fun Center in Henrietta. We will have the entire facility to ourselves, and will be able to enjoy unlimited go karts, mini golf, bumber cars, and each student will receive 40 credits for the arcade.

Additional credits and snacks will be available for purchase from the facility, and you can find out more about what the Clubhouse has to offer by visiting their site.

The Merch

This year, our event merch will be a Fall Fest Camo Crewneck with Embossed Text for $35. It can be purchased on the Registration Form and will be ready for students when they arrive at the event!

 Questions

  • Students can be picked up in a two-hour pickup window, from 11:00PM-1:00AM at Clubhouse Fun Center Henrietta. We do this to allow any families who don’t want their students staying up late into the night to still attend the event. Those interested in staying for the full duration are encouraged to stay until 1AM! Parents will be greeted at the doors of the Clubhouse, and we will connect you with your student.

  • We’ve contracted with First Student for student transportation, including buses and drivers, and our Serve Team Members will serve as Bus Monitors.

  • Clothing that they would feel comfortable praising Jesus and playing some late-night-mini-golf in. Weather permitting, a good chunk of the evening will be spent outside, so come dressed accordingly.

  • Cell phones will be allowed, but we encourage students to use them sparingly and enjoy time together!

  • We encourage students to participate in the full event; however, if your student needs to be picked up sooner, 9:30PM will be an alternate parent pick-up time at the Webster Campus. If you plan to pick up your student early, please be sure to indicate this on your registration form. A 60% registration discount will be automatically applied to all students who are getting picked up early at the Webster Campus.

  • We recognize that the cost of events like this can be particularly hard for those at NYM who come from larger families. To help those who would like to send multiple students from the same household, A 5% registration discount will be automatcally applied to those registering multiple students from the same household.

  • Yes, we will have two medical professionals on our serve team for the entire evening. These individuals will be available at Student Drop-Off to discuss any questions or concerns.

  • ABSOLUTELY! To encourage NYM Students to invite their friends who do not follow Jesus, we are offering a discount to students who do not attend NYM or any other student ministry. A 20% registration discount will be automatcally applied to all invited students when they register.
