Can I pick my order up at my campus?
No. Our orders are fulfilled by Tiny Fish Printing. All orders are shipped, for free, by USPS to the address you select at checkout.
Can I exchange/return my order?
We'd be glad to help you if there's something wrong with your order. We accept returns and exchanges, but only within 30 days of your original order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. We only replace items if they are defective, or damaged. If today is within 30 days of your original order and you want to return or exchange it, email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returned items. Please read the sizing charts on each item carefully before ordering.

Can I call the store?

The Northridge Store doesn’t have a physical location. Shop online anytime, day or night, at northridgerochester.com/store.
