On October 8th, we will be launching Northridge Beyond -- it's our new initiative to engage more deeply in our community and around the world.
One of the ways we will be challenging Northridge attendees to serve is by learning more about adoption and foster care. We want to provide a setting for people to come and hear about adoption, foster care, and ways we can play a part (how to adopt, how to foster, or how to partner with others doing that).
This is where YOU come in!
We just feel that talking about adoption/foster care requires BOTH members of a couple. It's not something we want one person to hear about and then try to convince the other -- we want both to participate. So we would like to offer childcare for families attending one of these sessions.
Would you be willing to serve these families by helping us provide childcare?
