IRONDEQUOIT CAMPUS
Overview
Hot Spot is an interactive learning environment for kids ages 2 ½ - 3, where we teach every child that God made them, God loves them, and Jesus wants to be their forever friend.
Schedule
We begin accepting children in the room 15 minutes prior to the service.
Our morning schedule includes:
- Story - Our enthusiastic teachers help bring the Bible to life, using visuals and child participation.
- Snack - We serve Goldfish crackers and water weekly. Parents will be alerted at drop-off if there are any special additional snacks that morning. Children may bring an alternative if allergies are an issue.
- Worship - We sing and dance along with the "Virtues"- Pre-teens who lead worship with high-energy/enthusiasm.
- Activity - Children are guided through a simple hands-on activity or craft related to the Bible story.
- Play - Puzzles, blocks, books, small and large motor toys.
Security
- There are check-in stations located in the lobby. Volunteers are available to assist families with our computerized check-in process.
- You will be given stickers for yourself and your child with matching security codes. Your child must be wearing his or her sticker to enter the Hot Spot room.
- Adults must present their security sticker with matching code to pick up a child.
- Please remain at the Hot Spot entrance during drop-off and pick-up times. We will bring your child to the door when you arrive.
Helpful Hints
The following guidelines will help ensure a safe and happy environment for your child:
- Please store your child’s belongings (coats, hats, diaper bags, etc.) with yours in the designated coat areas
- Please do not bring sippy cups, snacks, pacifiers, or toys into Hotspot.
- If your child requires a diaper change, you will be contacted via cell phone to come and take your child to be changed.
GREECE CAMPUS

We begin accepting children in the Hotspot environment 15 minutes prior to the service.
Our morning schedule includes:
- Story - Our enthusiastic teachers help bring the Bible to life, using visuals and child participation.
- Snack - We serve Goldfish crackers and water weekly. Parents will be alerted at drop-off if there are any special additional snacks that morning. Children may bring an alternative snack if allergies are an issue.
- Worship - We sing and dance along with a Bible-focused music DVD.
- Activity - Children are guided through a simple hands-on activity or craft related to the Bible story.
- Play - Puzzles, blocks, books, and small and large motor toys.
Security
- There is a check-in station located in the theater lobby. Volunteers are available to assist families with our computerized check-in process.
- You will be given stickers for yourself and your child with matching security codes. Your child must be wearing his or her sticker to enter the Hotspot Theater.
- Adults must present their security sticker with matching code to pick up a child.
- Please remain at the Hot Spot theater entrance during drop-off and pick-up times. We will bring your child to the door when you arrive.

- Please keep your child's belongings (coats, hats, diaper bags, etc.) with you. Any items that are left in the Hot Spot Theater should be labeled with an item tag, which can be printed during check-in.
- Please do not bring sippy cups, snacks, pacifiers, or toys into Hotspot (we cannot be responsible for lost or misplaced items)
- If your child requires a diaper change, you will be contacted via cell phone to come and change your child. There is a changing table available.
- Potty trained children are brought to a nearby restroom. Children are always brought in groups of one adult and at least two children. Potty seats and step stools are provided.
