What is the Oversight Team?
The Oversight Team is made up of paid Pastors and volunteer Elders. These men's lives are marked by the character qualities described in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9. and they have proven themselves to have discernment and strategic thinking capabilities. Their duties include oversight in the following areas; health, protection and evaluation of the church, making recommendations to the church and the hiring and dismissal of church staff. The Lead Pastor is a permanent member of this team. He and the elders choose at least two other pastors for this team. The elders can be nominated by any church member, evaluated by the current OversightTeam and affirmed by the church.

What is the Stewardship Team?
The Stewardship Team oversees all financial matters of the church. This includes compensation and policies for paid staff, the annual budget, accounting and allocation of designated funds. They are individuals characterized by wisdom, spiritual maturity and fiscal responsibility. They are selected by the Oversight Team annually and affirmed by the members at the annual meeting. They are ultimately responsible to the Oversight Team.
